Courtney Scott

Courtney Scott began her career as an administrative assistant after being a stay-at-home mom. Rapidly building solid financial acumen, she transitioned to EA and after two years, she ascended to EA to the CEO for a wealth-tech 100 company, becoming known as a force-of-nature within the org. She built and developed a world-class support team, while she dove into areas such as strategy, growth, and project management.  Her leadership and skills catapulted her into executive roles within growth and strategy operations. Courtney now leads her own company, is Co-Chair of a conservation non-profit board, and is a sought-after executive advisor.
