Program Overview

Your MOS: Associate journey includes everything you need to learn, practice, and pass the exams with confidence:

  • Pre-Event Video:
“Your Pre-Bootcamp Briefing: Meet the Team, Set Up, and Succeed”
Get ready before the conference begins! This short video helps you prepare your computer, understand the MOS exam formats, and review key setup steps.
  • 3-Days of In-Person, Immersive Training (14 Hours):
Each day features targeted modules with instructor-led discussion, hands-on activities, and engaging games. The schedule is designed for maximum learning and retention, covering Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The program will concentrate on skills and interfaces within Microsoft 365 Applications, with hands-on practice using the desktop version of each application.
  • 60 Minute Self-Paced Review:
Watch a 60-minute pre-recorded video designed to reinforce the main ideas and practical skills, so you can finish the bootcamp with a strong foundation.

Refresh key concepts, walk through sample questions, and build your test-taking strategy.
  • MOS Practice Exams:
Test your readiness with realistic certification questions and skills for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complete with step-by-step instructions and answer keys.

Post-Event Support:

Continue learning with a live review session, self-paced review video, and access to practice exam files for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

60 Minute Self-Paced Review:

Students will be able to watch a recorded video discussing skills that were covered in Bootcamp but may need more reinforcement before being test ready. Students will have three student files to use and practice during the video.

MOS Exam Review & Strategy Session (75-minute Webinar)

Within one month after your bootcamp, you will receive a link to join an in-depth certification prep and Q&A. Students will be asked to complete a form to help guide the webinar on what they would like to discuss further. Students can submit the form as many times as needed.

MOS Practice Exams:

Build exam confidence with realistic MOS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint test questions. Students will receive two practice exams for each Microsoft Application. These tests will have very similar test questions but will be in a format where students work through the test files. Students will have a completed test to check their answers as well as a rubric on what their approximate score would be. Included are test questions as well as a step-by-step version of the test questions to guide students on how to complete the task.

MOS Certification Exams:

In order to earn the MOS: Associate credential, registrants will take three exams. These are proctored, self-scheduled exams, and take place post-event. Vouchers for these exam fees are included with your certification pass. Please note, any fees associated with retaking an exam are not included.

Schedule is subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE: The schedule below is for MOS Certification Pass holders only and does not reflect the full EAI Fall schedule. SPEAKER: Alison Wood Brooks | DESCRIPTION: Conversation shapes our relationships, our organizations, and our communities—yet most people assume good conversation is something you're either born with or not. In this keynote, Dr. Alison Wood Brooks (Harvard) combines behavioral science, relatable stories, and practical tools to reveal why conversation is a learnable skill, introduce the Conversational Compass for navigating conversational goals, and teach the TALK framework (Topics, Asking, Levity, and Kindness). Participants will leave with a new understanding of how conversations work and a toolkit for creating more connection, trust, learning, and collaboration in everyday life.

Leadership isn’t about a title – it’s about stepping into the moments that matter, even when no one notices. In this energizing keynote, LaPora Lindsey highlights where EAs and professionals often hold back, reframes comparison as a tool for insight through the PAD-A framework, and provides concrete steps to lead from wherever you are. This session transforms how you see your influence and value every day, equipping you to step into moments you normally hold back and recognize that influence isn’t about permission – it’s about presence. Key Takeaways: Turn comparison into insight and leadership action using the PAD-A framework Step into moments you normally hold back, recognizing that influence isn’t about permission – it’s about presence Name, own, and demonstrate your value in ways that shift how others perceive your contribution and create measurable impact
