Yes. Premium can be added at any time before the event, and your $300 Event Pass discount will be applied retroactively or credited. Just make sure your Premium Membership is active before November 2 to unlock all onsite benefits. Upgrade through your ASAP account or during the checkout flow.
EA Ignite is designed for EAs at the Partnering and Leading career stages — those who are working closely with executives or are ready to operate at a more strategic level. If you’re earlier in your career journey, APC is the better starting point and includes content built for all stages. Not sure where you fall? Visit the ASAP Career Stages Framework.
It’s an exclusive, in-person, half-day training session the day before EA Ignite officially begins — November 1 (Fall) / April 18 (Spring). It’s a smaller, more focused format than the main conference and is designed to go deeper on a specific topic relevant to senior EAs. You’ll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately when Day 1 begins. Details on the workshop topic will be shared closer to the event.
Post-Event Virtual Workshops are 75-minute online sessions held after EA Ignite, focused on content and themes from the in-person event. They’re your opportunity to go from inspiration to implementation — working through key ideas with a facilitator and a smaller group of attendees. Register for them through the My Events section of your ASAP account.
No — certification programs are purchased separately. ASAP Courses, our on-demand video training library, is included with Premium and is distinct from PACE or SEAC. If you’re interested in certification, visit the EA Ignite Certification Pass page.
You’re already investing your time in EA Ignite. Premium ensures that investment pays off — in the room and after you leave.
