Scott Howitt serves as Chief Digital Officer of UKG. In his role, Scott leads the company’s corporate technical groups, including global security, information technology, data and analytics, and governance, risk, and compliance. Prior to joining UKG, Scott served as Chief Information Officer at global security company McAfee. He also served as Chief Information Security Officer for MGM Resorts International and JCPenney.
Scott has more than 30 years of experience in aligning IT with business strategies and initiatives. His ability in building and motivating teams to drive business goals in an ever-changing technology market informs UKG as the company continues to grow and evolve. He is also passionate about connecting people with technology and enjoys spending time with customers, showing them how to get the most out of UKG technology.
When Scott is not integrating and securing technology, you can find him exploring new trails or countries. Discovering new places and cultures, either by foot or by plane, helps to keep him energized.
