Alexa Kirby, FPQP

Alexa Kirby has a passion for learning about the world around her. She currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President and CEO of a financial planning firm that manages over $1.7B in assets for its clients. Alexa has worked to expand her role well beyond managing the day-to-day for a busy executive. She works closely with the executive team on strategic planning and has worked to enhance the firm’s staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Her passion to grow and learn more about the world around her led Alexa to pursue the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional Designation, a Project Management Support Certificate, and training in Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. When she’s not at work, you can find Alexa relaxing at home with her dog Indigo, tackling a DIY project, and sharpening her green thumb.
