Exhibitor Logistics Bulletin

The event will follow the cubic content rule for trade events allowing exhibitors to make maximum use of their booth space. *Cubic Content* refers to the dimensions of your purchased space including walls, decorations and any other fixtures. Under the cubic content rule, each exhibitor may build up to the maximum allowable height of 8’ within the entire cubic content of the exhibit space.

All personnel working in your booth will need an exhibitor badge. Save time onsite by pre-registering for your exhibitor badges today!

ORDER LEAD RETRIEVAL

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the venue for all registered guests with 20Mbps per device. It is meant for basic use such as checking emails and light web browsing. If you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your booth.

Alliance Exposition is the official general service contractor for the EA Ignite Fall at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Please use their safe and secure online ordering website to place your order. Shipping instructions, shipping labels, material handling information and rates can also be found on their web site.

Valet parking is available for $59 including tax overnight. Please note: the following vehicles will not be accepted by valet due to parking limitations in the garage: 10+ passenger vans; Dually trucks; vehicles exceeding 6 feet, 6 inches; motorcycles or scooters; vehicles with rooftop racks; trailers. Self-parking is available in the garage across the street.
