The event will follow the cubic content rule for trade events allowing exhibitors to make maximum use of their booth space. *Cubic Content* refers to the dimensions of your purchased space including walls, decorations and any other fixtures. Under the cubic content rule, each exhibitor may build up to the maximum allowable height of 8’ within the entire cubic content of the exhibit space.

Utilities, such as electricity and internet, and catering services may be ordered through the Omni Louisville Hotel.

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the venue for all registered guests with 20Mbps per device. It is meant for basic use such as checking emails and light web browsing. If you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your booth.

Overnight valet parking is $45 per night, per car.

• 4-8 hours: $40
• Over 8 hours and overnight $45+ tax

Additional public self-parking options are available directly behind the hotel and can be accessed from 3rd Street These garages do not have direct access into the hotel. Please be prepared to walk 1-2 blocks, depending upon the garage you choose. Rates vary based upon the garage, but you can expect rates to range between $15 and $27 per night without in & out privileges.
