We tailored this event to senior-level administrative assistants and executive assistants., so when creating this event we wanted to make sure it covered the subject areas that matter to them. We polled our current audience and reached out to trainers in the field to gauge where EAs were struggling and where more in depth training was needed. That is how we established our three tracks in technology, leadership and project management.
