Tara E. Browne, DTM is an administrative operations and executive support leader at Ascentria Care Alliance whose work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and operational design. Tara has long believed that when organizations exclude administrative professionals from improvement work, they are leaving talent, insight, and value on the table. Her current work gives her the opportunity to test that belief in practice as she leads the transformation of her team from a traditional executive assistant model into a more visible, structured, and strategically aligned Administrative Operations function – one designed to unlock the potential of administrative professionals as contributors not only to support, but to stronger collaboration, better systems, and better organizational outcomes.
