Lisa de Melogue is an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Marco Polo, where she partners closely with leadership on strategy, systems, operational problem-solving, and the planning and execution of company retreats and offsites in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. She uses AI daily across planning, research, writing, automation, and workflow design to reduce friction and scale thoughtful executive support. Lisa is also a Carve Associate Trainer, helping Executive Assistants build confidence and practical fluency with AI in their everyday work.
With a background in hospitality and events, Lisa brings a people-first mindset to everything she builds — calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and deeply practical. She’s passionate about helping EAs feel confident using AI without a technical background, learning by doing and experimenting safely.
Outside of work, Lisa lives in Vermont with her husband and their eye-rolling teenage son. She loves hiking, yoga, pickleball, and anything that involves great food, thoughtful cocktails, and a good glass of wine.
