Ilaina Franco Franka started her journey and passion for events in the island of Aruba, designing events for weddings and incentive programs. She has a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Master in Hospitality & International Business.
Her passion is the perfect combination between Audio/Visual+F&B+Creativity, this defines her success in every single event she planned. From weddings, to corporate events, Ilaina has more than 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, always focusing on teaching the new generation of planners all her events tips and tricks. Ilaina was recognized by Marriott International as the best Director of Event Management in Aruba Marriott, a journey that she enjoyed tremendously and opened the doors to lead the events team in Curacao, Guyana, also Houston and now Austin.
