High-performing executive assistants know that their greatest impact comes from understanding who they are at their best and using that insight intentionally. The CliftonStrengths® framework offers a research-backed approach to identifying your natural talents – and turning them into strengths that elevate your performance, partnerships, and leadership influence.
In this interactive half-day workshop, you’ll explore your unique CliftonStrengths® profile and learn how to apply it to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and work more efficiently. You’ll also examine how strengths-based development can support long-term career growth and help you take on higher-impact responsibilities with confidence.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognize their top CliftonStrengths® themes and identify the unique power, value, and potential they bring to their role.
- Apply their strengths to elevate partnerships, improve communication, and lead more effectively across their organization.
- Analyze how their talents show up in real workplace situations, including relationship building, decision-making, thinking, and driving change.
- Create a strengths-based implementation plan to intentionally turn talents into strengths for ongoing personal and professional development.
Through guided reflection, hands-on activities, and practical application, you’ll discover how to leverage your strengths to navigate challenges, maximize your potential, and contribute at a higher level across your organization.
This workshop is led by Julie Perrine, who has earned the Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach certification and completed 34 learning hours for the in-person Strengths Coach training.
