Conversation shapes our relationships, our organizations, and our communities—yet most people assume good conversation is something you’re either born with or not. In this keynote, Dr. Alison Wood Brooks (Harvard) combines behavioral science, relatable stories, and practical tools to reveal why conversation is a learnable skill, introduce the Conversational Compass for navigating conversational goals, and teach the TALK framework (Topics, Asking, Levity, and Kindness). Participants will leave with a new understanding of how conversations work and a toolkit for creating more connection, trust, learning, and collaboration in everyday life.
