Register for your exhibitor badges online to save time onsite! Distribute the Exhibitor Registration link and your exhibitor discount code to your booth personnel for badges. The exhibitor discount code should be entered on the last stop of the registration in lieu of payment. 

All lead, active companies were emailed their exhibitor discount code to use during the registration process. If you need your exhibitor discount code resent, please email [email protected].

No unloading is allowed at the entrance of the facility; and the use of passenger elevators for movement of freight is not allowed. All packages are subject to inspection by facility personnel. For loading and unloading, please use the Boston Marriott Copley Place Loading Dock located on Harcourt Street.

Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs)
The most cost-effective method of delivering freight to this location is to ship items to the FedEx onsite. 
Exhibitors also have the option to load and unload at the Boston Marriott Copley Place Loading Dock located on Harcourt Street. The loading dock operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and a limited number of bell carts are available for use. Please review the Loading Dock information prior to arrival.

Parking Options at Boston Marriott Copley Place:

• Valet Parking (in & out privileges)
• Copley Place Central Garage (connected to hotel; no in & out privileges)

*Exhibitors will not be allowed to hand carry through the hotel entrance.

You can send your shipment directly to the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Freight will be received at the FedEx in the hotel beginning on April 18, 2026. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by FedEx will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

*Items shipped to FedEx will need to be picked up by the exhibitor and brought to their booth.

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the meeting space for all registered guests. It is meant for basic use such as checking emails and light web browsing. If you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your booth.

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at their booth throughout the event. Large trash receptacles will be located in the 3rd floor atrium for your convenience. Please dispose of all booth trash in these designated containers during and after the show.

All trash must be removed from your booth space before departure.
