Dr. Carrie Spell-Hansson is the CEO of The Folke Institute, Inc. She is a global educator, leading facilitator, executive advisor, and coach in personal and organizational effectiveness. She is also an expert on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Her areas of specialization include change management, leadership development, organizational development, strategic planning, and multicultural team development.
