Aaronde Seckou Creighton, PCC, CDTLF

Aaronde Seckou Creighton, PCC, CDTLF is the Chief Diversity Officer at the Leadership Circle, leading Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (JEDI-B) initiatives for his company, community and in the field of leadership development. In addition to this responsibility, Aaronde also serves clients directly as a consultant, executive coach and facilitator as their former Global Faculty member and VP of consulting services. Previously he was on faculty at University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and served as the Director of Learning and Development for a technology company. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation; a Professional Certified Coach (PCC); is PMP- credentialed with the Project Management Institute; is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-trained at Georgia Tech; and, serves as a board member of Coaching for Everyone, an organization focused on increasing the number of BIPOC coaches in the field. Aaronde makes his home in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and daughters.
