This panel will focus on a topic everyone faces in just about every career. Organizations change, their missions shift and there’s an ebb and flow to their successes and hiring practices. Most of this is out of the hands of those affected but this discussion will look at how to adapt, adjust and arise from these changes. They’ll look at their own personal experiences, talk about what helped them overcome challenges and even how to embrace successes. The goal of this panel will be to help the audience leave feeling prepared, confidence and inspired. Change isn’t easy but how you react to it can make all the difference!
