This breakout session offers insight into the difference between the two, how to recognize which one you are, and how to stop the burnout and become truly resilient and thrive in life by using a Safety Dance to manage the stress that is thrown at us. Attendees will see a demonstration of some of the Safety Dance techniques, learn to identify which dance works for them, and have the opportunity to test it out on stage! Attendees leave with tools they can immediately use in their everyday life to begin thriving.
